At Willow and Bea, our signature experience begins with a beautifully styled gazebo—complete with options of curated draping, floral accents, along with themed décor to set the perfect outdoor scene. This is our first-layer package, ideal for those looking for a simple yet elegant setup.
From there, you can tailor your event with a range of elevated add-ons, including vintage china, outdoor glassware, rustic tables, and even a charming garden bar to enhance the atmosphere.
Whether you're hosting a birthday brunch, a baby shower, or even a small Wedding receptions, our customisable packages make it easy to create an intentional and visually stunning gathering.
First Layer Package example
Supply and set up 2 fully styled gazebos, with lighting and selected décor tailored to your theme—This includes a two-person team for both setup and takedown. - (NB we have a total of 4 Gazebo's that can be hired)
To ensure your event runs smoothly no matter the weather, our gazebos come with optional removable sides and a discreet guttering system—so your celebration stays dry, cozy, and uninterrupted, even if the rain makes an appearance.
Each first-layer package is completed with impactful, handpicked pieces that align with your chosen vibe—ensuring a cohesive and beautifully styled setting.

We offer a full range of outdoor glassware, including wine glasses, highballs, Champagne flutes, pints, and even a handful of stylish gin glasses. All our stemmed glasses come with unique charms..
